Delete your Livit account & data

You can delete your Livit account and the personal data attached to it at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

1. Open the Livit app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Option 2 — By email (no app needed)

Write to support@joinlivit.com with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address of your Livit account (or tell us your username). We confirm and delete within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, photos, tickets, concerts, alerts and preferences.
• Your private conversations. Your public messages are anonymised.
• Your verification selfie, if you submitted one.

What we keep, and for how long

• Identifiers of the deleted account (username, email, Apple/Google ID, devices, IP): 12 months, to prevent fraud and ban evasion.
• Billing-related data: 7 years (legal tax obligation).
• Backups: overwritten within 30 days.

An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Details in our Privacy Policy (§ 6 and § 7).
